Ch Treebeard's Galileo (Oreo) has become on May 11, 2013 at the Medecine Hat dog show in Alberta ,the second Barbet in CKC history to be awarded a BIS . Mother August and dad Darwin are very proud of Oreo. Bravo Heath and Larry and to breeder Janet Black-Evans.

Barbet Booster - August 2013

Club Barbet Canada will be hosting a breed Booster in the magnificient Long Sault Parkway on the shore of the St-Laurence river on August 24th 2013. The event will take place on the saturday during the SD&G dog show. Rosettes and prizes will be awarded to the Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex, Winner's male, Winner's bitch, Best of Winners and Best puppy.

BOOSTER AT THE ONTARIO BREEDERS ASSOCIATION DOG SHOW

On Saturday February 16^th 2013 Club Barbet Canada will host a booster at the Ontario Breeders Association show which will take place in Lindsay, Ontario.

The booster will be judged by Ms. Thomas Alexander of Manitoba.

Canuck Dogs published the Top 5 Barbets in conformation for the year 2012. For the first time in the short Barbet history in Canada, the 1,000 points mark was cracked by Ch Treebeard’s Galileo (Oreo).

Bosch Best in Show in Québec

Congratulations to Ch Neigenuveaux's Gambit (Bosch) and his owner-handler François Ménard for their Best in Show at the UKC show held in Quebec city the week-end of October 20-21. Bosch is now a CKC, FCC and UKC champion.
