A Booster will take place on June 29 in Ste-Anne-de-la-Pérade, Québec. It will be judged by Mr. Jean-Jacques Dupas, a well respected judge with experience judging Barbets in Europe. We invite you all to come participate in or assist with this special event!
The weekend of September 14 and 15, a bunch of Club Barbet Canada members and their dogs spent the day at the PawsWay which is located on Toronto's waterfront. The PawsWay held the event in order to show the public a variety of puppies, what they will look like as an adult, and to give educational information that will help them to make an informed, responsible decision about which breed would be a good match for their needs.
Club Barbet Canada and the Barbet Club of America in co-operation with the Orthopaedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) are delighted to announce that the Barbet Health Survey is up and running on the OFA website.

On Saturday August 24th during the SD&G dog show in Long Sault, Ontario a breed booster took place. The BOB was Ch Flacon d'Paris of Neigenuveaux (Murdoch), BOS was Ch Treebeard's Galapagos Girl (Hazel), winner's female Nuphar's Gift Wrapped (Nessa) and winner's male, Best of Winner's and Best puppy Neigenuveaux in Formal Attire.
